8 Pool is a game, for entertainment purposes. It is not affiliated with any official pool, billiards, or snooker governing body.
8 Pool offers optional consumable coin packs, purchased through your Apple account. All purchases are final per Apple's own policies; Apple's Media Services Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these terms.
Signing in with Apple is optional. You're responsible for keeping access to the Apple ID you use to sign in — we can restore progress tied to an account, but not progress that only ever lived on a device you no longer have.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, cheat the economy through unauthorized means, or abuse the feedback form to send anything other than genuine feedback or bug reports.
8 Pool is provided "as is." We work to keep missions fair and the game stable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the app is limited to what you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
