8 Pool works fully without a login. By default your progress — missions cleared, coins, the cue you own and have equipped — is stored locally on your device.
If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive your first name (shared once, on your first sign-in) and create a durable account identifier so your progress can sync across your devices. We do not request or receive your email address. Signing in is entirely optional — everything works without it, just on this one device.
To understand which missions work and improve the game, we collect pseudonymous usage events (e.g. which mission you started, whether a purchase succeeded) tied to a random installation identifier, via Google Firebase. This data is not linked to your name or used for advertising — 8 Pool shows no ads and contains no ad-tracking SDKs.
If you use the in-app feedback form or tap "Rate 8 Pool," the message you write (and your installation identifier, so we can trace it back to a bug report if needed) is sent to our server. Nothing you write is shown to other players.
Coin packs are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple handles all payment details — we never receive your card information, only confirmation that a purchase went through and which pack you bought.
Delete the app to remove everything stored locally on your device. If you've signed in with Apple, email yozatapps@gmail.com to request deletion of the account data (progress, coins, cues) held on our servers.
Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting, Analytics) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store, In-App Purchase). We do not share data with anyone for advertising purposes.
8 Pool is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
